ART’s Certification module allows for a comprehensive and orderly balance sheet confirmation process. Starting with the reconciliation preparers, they will be asked to sign off on certification criteria designated by you, such as account ownership, account balances and exceptions. Once the reconcilers have certified, then the reviewers will be invited to certify. After that, second level approvers may certify, as well as anyone else who’s involved in the process of preparing certified financial statements. It’s a well-controlled and organized process where we ensure each level is certifying to their piece of the balance sheet.

  • Macro-level Validation of the Balance Sheet Reconciliation Process
  • Certification of Account Ownership, Account Balances and Exceptions by Level: Staff, Manager, etc.
