Great product! Overall: It's been pretty good. I used a similar product in my previous job so the adaption period was minimal. Pros: Ease of use. The system is intuitive for first time users. It requires limited training and offers new recruits the opportunity to hit the ground running with their account reconciliations. Skystem has been a great tool for our company. Overall: I would say my overall experience has been great. It is a good software to use for any company to make sure accounts are balanced monthly. Pros: The system allows us to keep our accounts balanced and on track for end of year goals. It has been a wonderful tool to use. ART SKYSTEM Overall: There has been a slight learning curve, but the experience has been good overall. I am pleased with the overall process. Pros: It is easy to use. I have found there was only a slight learning curve, so it was not difficult to use. Cons: I have not found anything I do not like at this point. Great product, Love it! Overall: Great. Easily assessable. Easy to use. I love that you can navigate and figure things out on your own without direction. Pros: Easy to use, Quick and straight forward, Ease of tracking month to month. Will be great for audit time. Cons: Only thing, too many lines that blend together. (For discrepancies. Skystem Review Overall: Overall ART is good experience for my company. Pros: It is a good tool to store our reconciliations. The Support team has been very helpful to resolve issues. Cons: Sometimes it is difficult to find notes in the reconciliation due to the many icons.

Great month-end tool! Overall: We could not be happier. Support is extremely responsive and SkyStem is always open to ideas on improvements. Pros: Its a simple, effective reconciliations platform. My favorite module is the tasks module though. We use it to ensure all month-end items are complete as well as house the support for a number of our SOX controls. We grant both internal and external auditors access and it has significantly cut down on requests that we have to manually pull. Cons: The reconciliations screen could be a little more user-friendly. There's just a lot going on that I'm sure some companies utilize that we don't (e.g. multiple currencies).

Great Recon Tool Overall: I use it to to recons for mostly asset accounts. I like the features that are there to do the bank recon Pros: I like that I have access to all the old recs so I am able to look about at old notes and comments easier. Skystem at Aquarion Pros: Before using Skystem, we were housing all of our account recs in Excel. Skystem has a great system to keep all of our reconciliations organized in one place. There are also great controls and approver process. Cons: If you make a mistake with an upload, it is very difficult to unwind. ART: A Superior Product at a Reasonable Price Overall: We first implemented ART in 2015 and our experience with ART over the years has been very favorable. With respect to customer service, it is always prompt and reliable and issues are resolved fairly quickly due to a knowledgeable team. As a testament to our satisfaction with this product, we just recently renewed our contract for another three years which is our third contract renewal since we initially implemented ART. Pros: We were on a manual, paper-based reconciliation and certification process prior to implementing ART. ART has been an ideal solution for our organization because it is easy to use, it is workflow-based, and it satisfies all of our needs for complying with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for public companies at a fraction of the price that other companies charge for similar products with essentially the same functionality. Additionally, implementing, utilizing, and maintaining ART does not require any involvement from our IT Department whatsoever which is a big positive for most, if not all, companies, big or small. Cons: The ART team is open to feedback and recommendations for improvement. Zamp HR Pros: We love the ability to recon to use the built in forms compared to having everything in excel spreadsheets. Cons: Removing and changing account ownership takes longer than it should because of large amount of G/Ls. I would prefer to be able to do that quickly inside of the dashboard. Organized Pros: I like that all of my tasks and due dates are listed in the same place. It makes it easy to know exactly what I need to get done and when. Great Customer Support! Pros: ART has helped our company organize and prepare our monthly account reconciliations. It has been able to do everything you would expect from account reconciliation software and has a great dashboard and reporting capabilities.But to me where Skystem really shines is their customer support! Whenever I have had a question I have received a quick, professional, friendly response that tells me exactly what I need! Cons: Sometimes options I use infrequently can be a little difficult to find, but as mentioned above, I know if I go to customer support they will quickly get me where I need to go!

Excellent Tool Overall: ART tool have saved us time in the reconciliation process and provided clarity to each BS account. Also, the task manager tool is great to manage and document closing procedures. Pros: Easy to installed and deployed. The system provides clarity and accountability on account reconciliations. User Perspectives Pros: We use ART to manage our monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. As a Regulatory user, my function is to reconcile the many GL expense and revenue accounts I touch through-out the month. I find my recon processes are so easy to manage and track using ART. I have the ability to attach permanent or temporary support documents and make several reconciliation decisions (eg. reverse at close) with each entry. ART clearly shows me the variance from month to month that I need to address and gives me the GL balance I'm reconciling to. Cons: Since I am simply a user and do not get involved with the deeper features of the program such as account set-up, defaults, approval trees, etc. I don't know what might be helpful in those areas. As a monthly user, I find the program easy to use to submit my reconciliation documents and comments and I am able to keep my revenue and expense accounts clean and balanced.
