Great Recon Tool Overall: I use it to to recons for mostly asset accounts. I like the features that are there to do the bank recon Pros: I like that I have access to all the old recs so I am able to look about at old notes and comments easier. It is very well organized Cons: I wish I was able to see coworkers progress and help them out with out being assigned to the GL recon.

Needs Detailed GL Feed Overall: Good, I do rely on it to make sure we are on track to produce accurate and timely financial reporting. Pros: Tracking and Organization of Month End Tasks and Recs required by the team. Cons: Lack of Automation, still using spreadsheets for most balance sheet reconciliations. In order to do the type of reconciliations that we are doing we would need a detailed feed into ART. It is possible we aren't using the subledger functionality but I'm skeptical that it would give us the detailed information on variances that we need.

Skystem at Aquarion Pros: Before using Skystem, we were housing all of our account recs in Excel. Skystem has a great system to keep all of our reconciliations organized in one place. There are also great controls and approver process. Cons: If you make a mistake with an upload, it is very difficult to unwind. However, skystem help desk is very easy to contact and they get back to you right away.

Very Useful Pros: Great platform to organize reconciliations. Lots of helpful filters and notifications. Cons: The task module is hard to navigate and I wouldn't say that it's intuitive. The overall visuals can be tricky to learn.

Financial Close and Reconciliation Overall: ART has greatly increased our accuracy and efficiency with our month end reconciliations and account reviews. Pros: ART has made the period end reconciliation process much quicker than using internal spreadsheets. Streamlined our reconciliation processes and greatly relieved the burdon of managing these tasks. All of our recs are now in one place and easily accessible. Cons: I sometimes have a hard time identifying where on the preparation page certain information should go. It sometimes is not intuitive enough, especially for new users.

ART: A Superior Product at a Reasonable Price Overall: We first implemented ART in 2015 and our experience with ART over the years has been very favorable. With respect to customer service, it is always prompt and reliable and issues are resolved fairly quickly due to a knowledgeable team. As a testament to our satisfaction with this product, we just recently renewed our contract for another three years which is our third contract renewal since we initially implemented ART. Pros: We were on a manual, paper-based reconciliation and certification process prior to implementing ART. ART has been an ideal solution for our organization because it is easy to use, it is workflow-based, and it satisfies all of our needs for complying with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for public companies at a fraction of the price that other companies charge for similar products with essentially the same functionality. Additionally, implementing, utilizing, and maintaining ART does not require any involvement from our IT Department whatsoever which is a big positive for most, if not all, companies, big or small. Cons: The ART team is open to feedback and recommendations for improvement. The few issues that we have brought up in the past have been addressed through additional features or functionality.

My review for ART Overall: I can't really tell because I haven't had enough time to explore all the other options of the program as well. The options that I did use were very good, I have no complaints over it! Pros: It was super easy to download this program, I also loved the various options that I had when I had to write down all the tasks. Cons: Non, I couldn't find any cons. The program works very smoothly.

Recon review Pros: I liked the training we received and the ease in setup. It was very easy for my whole team to start using the system. Cons: As of yet I don't have a con. The system and service has been great.
