Shagun Malhotra - INTP
Shagun is the visionary behind the product and user experience. A CPA, CIA and an experienced auditor and process consultant, she designed ART for accountants. Having gone through the broken and inefficient process various times over, she believed there was a more efficient and user friendly way to do reconciliations. Being process focused, Shagun injected process within ART to deliver a product that is highly integrated and process centric. Shagun started her career in public accounting and has worked in Fortune 100 companies such as Marriott and Freddie Mac. Her work focused primarily on internal controls and risk mitigation in both, the international and domestic arenas. She has been a speaker for Fast Trac – a Kauffman Foundation program and is very passionate about entrepreneurship.
Cliff Gray - INTJ
Cliff has always been passionate about technology from the time he was young and wrote his first program at age 12. He brings over 15 years of professional technology, management and architecture experience to SkyStem. He believes in using technology to create accessible and user-friendly experiences for consumers. Before joining SkyStem he worked for the world's leading provider of technology-enabled human capital management (HCM) solutions, including time and attendance and payment and compliance solutions. He is excited about building new ways to make it easier for end users to solve their business needs using Cloud based software. Cliff obtained his Bachelors and Master's degrees from Rutgers University.
Kutay Kalkan – ESTJ
As Head of Product Development, Kutay is responsible for product and project development initiatives for SkyStem’s automation technology, ART. A language agnostic back-end software engineer, Kutay has the ability to bridge the gap between technology and the needs of our business. Prior to joining SkyStem, he worked at Amazon as a software development engineer managing both inventory and forecasting systems. Kutay has published various papers on emerging technologies, including his Graduate thesis. Kutay is bi-lingual, fluent in both English and Turkish, and resides in New Jersey with his wife.
Aine Condon - ESTJ
Aine is a digital enthusiast who recently completed a Masters in Digital Marketing from Smurfit Business School in Ireland. Previously Aine worked for Europe’s largest airline Ryanair as a Digital Executive, she is in the early stages of her career development.
Aine recently relocated to New York to broaden her digital skills internationally and get exposure to the US corporate and social culture.
Jennifer Stein - ISFJ
Jennifer Stein is part of our Customer Happiness team. Throughout her career, she has worked with preparing, reviewing and automating reconciliations. She has held various positions in public accounting and corporate environments, most recently as Controller for a software company. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and she is a licensed CPA and CGMA in the State of Maryland. She volunteers on the finance committee and the Board of Directors for a large non-profit organization in Baltimore and enjoys advocating for animal rescues in her spare time.
Francisco Ulloa Urrutia - ESFJ
Francisco leads business development in Latin America. He has lived and worked in Cuba, Chile, New Zealand and the United States, and has spent years opening up and developing the Latin American market for big players in the financial sector. He is always looking for new things to learn, new experiences to share, and never fails to bring the Latino flavor.
He has a Masters degree in Business and Administration from the Universidad Finis Terrae in Santiago, Chile.
Nancy Wu - ISFJ
Nancy leads sales for SkyStem in the United States. Prior to joining SkyStem, she was a Senior Manager at Protiviti. As part of the Finance Accounting and Excellence practice at Protiviti, Nancy served on numerous global accounts, including AIG, BP and Accenture. Throughout her career, she focused primarily on process transformation initiatives in the Finance office. Nancy is an internationally published author. She is also the author of Back Office Mechanics, a blog dedicated to transforming Finance through small ideas.
Nancy has a B.S. and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to starting The New York Enterprise Report (NYER), Levin has been a CEO and COO for businesses in a variety of industries. His strengths include leadership, sales, marketing, business development and finance.
At NYER (which was sold in January ’14), Levin led his team to create a media company with an audience in excess of 100,000 business owners and executives along with an impressive roster of advertising and sponsorship clients. He has a passion for leading growth-driven teams as well as building and refining sales, marketing and product development processes to drive strong growth. He now leads RSL Media which helps enterprise companies such as Time Warner Cable Business Class and Citibank engage small and midsize businesses.
