Happy Team, Happy Job, Happy Life!

When I heard that the theme for February was (quite appropriately) love, I was thrilled. Love is so intangible yet so powerful all at the same time, and any negative force brought against it will fail.

When I joined SkyStem I was unsure of the working culture. Would my team be so serious I couldn’t laugh, maybe so strict I wasn’t allowed to ask questions!? Not at all. Here at SkyStem we foster a collaborative, understanding, and warm work environment. The positive emotion that radiates from each of us is what has essentially made it not only possible, but also fun for me to get up and go to work every day!

The strong bonds between my teammates and I have not only created a positive work atmosphere, but it has also motivated each and every one of us to become fully invested in SkyStem and the work we do here- and this is contagious. Whether it be a customer support or a sales representative, our customers will always find exceptional people working at SkyStem.

We hope you, our customers, feel this, too. Account reconciliation and the close process attract negativity and confusion. Our product, we hope, restores your love for numbers and the accounting process and, more importantly, takes the stress from your job so you can love that, too!
